This notice explains how the London Baltic Film Festival website handles personal data.
Who we are
The London Baltic Film Festival 2026 is produced by Kindred Enterprises LTD (“Kindred”), London. Kindred is responsible for the personal data collected on this website.
Contact for any privacy question or request: pip@kndrd.co.
Opening reception RSVP
If you RSVP for the opening reception, we collect your name, your email address, your confirmation that you will attend and whether you are bringing a +1.
We use this only to manage the guest list for the reception on 13 November 2026. We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it with anyone else. We process it because you asked to be put on the guest list.
Your RSVP is stored in a Google Sheet (Google Workspace) that only the organising team can access. The website passes your RSVP to the sheet and does not keep its own copy.
We delete the guest list by 21 December 2026, 30 days after the festival ends.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Film trailers are embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo (do-not-track mode), and only load when you press play.
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing pip@kndrd.co.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
